Odem Mountain Winery was established by Idit & Michael Alfasi in 2003. The winery is situated in the heart of Odem Forest, the largest natural forest in Israel, in the high elevation Golan Heights. It is the most northerly winery in Israel. Odem Forest is a unique blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Nebbiolo and 20% Syrah that transports you to the magical and unique atmosphere of the forest. It is full of fruit, flavor and spice.
