BERTANI AMARONE 750ML

Bertani Amarone is a robust red wine from the Veneto region of Italy, known for its rich flavor profile characterized by dark cherry, plum, and subtle spice notes. The wine undergoes a unique drying process with partially dried grapes, resulting in a full-bodied experience with balanced acidity and velvety tannins. A complex nose of dried cherry accented by walnuts and coffee which lead to wild herb, spices and a floral note. A full-bodied palate with intense fruit, well-balanced with firm tannins which lead to a long, lingering finish. Made in the traditional method where the grapes softly rest to dry on "arele" for at least 90 days, followed by aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for approx 7 years.

This pairs well with red meat, game, mature cheeses; also perfect as a meditation wine at the end of a meal.This Amarone pairs excellently with hearty dishes such as braised meats, aged cheeses, and rich pasta sauces. Serve it at a slightly warmer temperature, about 18-20°C (64-68°F), to enhance its complex flavors and aromas. Decanting for at least an hour before serving is recommended for optimal enjoyment.
