PERRIN BEAUCASTEL Chateauneuf-Du-Pape 750ML Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wines in France. It is notorious for its elegance, balance and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern limit of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the Mistral wind. All thirteen varieties of the appellation have been organically grown since the sixties. This wine typically exhibits strong notes of dark fruit, spice, and herbal undertones. The full-bodied profile is complemented by integrated tannins and a long, velvety finish. The vintage 2021 is very promising with lots of freshness and great balance, which is similar to the vintages in the eighties and nineties.

For optimal enjoyment, serve at cellar temperature, around 60-65°F (15-18°C). It pairs well with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and rich stews. Additionally, consider decanting this wine for 30-60 minutes before serving to enhance its flavor and aroma.
