ORIN SWIFT PAPILLON

ORIN SWIFT PAPILLON is a red blend from the Napa Valley region of California. It features a robust flavor profile with notes of dark fruits, blackcurrant, blackberry, peppercorn, kirsch, dark chocolate and a touch of chaparral supported by a frame of sweet oak. Intensely layered, this wine also exudes characteristics of black plum, boysenberry, kirsch and dark chocolate with a silky soft yet weighty texture. A prolonged finish of Provençal lavender, fig leaf and ripe currants close out the wine.

It pairs well with grilled lamb, hearty stews, and aged cheeses. Decanting for 30-60 minutes prior to serving enhances its complex flavors. For optimal enjoyment, serve PAPILLON slightly below room temperature, around 60-65°F.
