A fresh, elegant and beautifully mineral Premier Cru Chablis, combining ripe white fruit with the distinctive chalky and saline character of Kimmeridgian soils.

The nose shows pear, green apple, lemon and white peach, with delicate notes of white flowers, citrus zest, wet stone and chalk. On the palate, it is generous yet precise, offering a rounded texture balanced by bright acidity. Layers of orchard and citrus fruit lead into a distinctly stony, saline finish with excellent persistence.

Made in Domaine Louis Michel & Fils' signature stainless-steel style, the wine has no prominent oak influence, allowing the purity of the Chardonnay and the character of the Chablis terroir to remain at the forefront.
