On the palate, it is fresh, focused and beautifully textured, with lively acidity supporting the fruit and a subtle saline character developing toward the finish.

The wine is made in Louis Michel's signature stainless-steel style, without noticeable oak influence, allowing the Kimmeridgian limestone terroir and natural freshness of the Chardonnay to take center stage.
