Fermentation at 60 degrees in stainless steel tanks allows the wine to maintain the refreshing character of the Concord grape. Warm days and cool nights during the growing season allow the wine to maintain ripe grape aromas and crisp acidity. All Manischewitz Wines are made and bottled under the strict Rabbinical supervision of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America.
