HAKU Vodka is a premium Japanese vodka crafted from 100 % Japanese white rice and distilled by Suntory using a blend of traditional and modern techniques.

Description

1. Base: Made entirely from white rice, which gives it a distinctive character compared with grain‑ or potato‑based vodkas. The rice is fermented with koji (a traditional enzyme‑producing starter) before distillation.
2. Distillation & Filtration: Distilled through a combination of pot and column stills and filtered through bamboo charcoal to create an exceptionally smooth, clean spirit.
3. Aroma: Subtle and refined, with delicate rice sweetness and light floral notes.
4. Taste: Silky and well‑balanced, with a soft mouthfeel and a gentle, slightly sweet character derived from the rice base.
5. Finish: Clean and linger­ing, making it versatile for both sipping and cocktail mixing.
6. Alcohol: Typically around 40 % ABV (80 proof).
