DOMAINE CHENE PERE ET FILS BLANC is a white wine that embodies the essence of the Burgundy region in France. Cedric Chêne is the 5th generation to make wine on his family’s estate in the village of Berzé la Ville. Since taking charge in 1973, he has focused on improving the farming practices of the domaine, with constant ploughing of the vines and decreased yields during harvest. He maintains a very hands off approach in the cellar, using only indigenous yeasts for fermentation and stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. Cedric makes wine the way the harkens back to the classics, using very traditional methods. The results are stunning wines that are laser-pure expressions of high altitude Chardonnay.

This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including poultry, seafood, and creamy pasta. For optimal enjoyment, serve slightly chilled and consider decanting for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to enhance its aromatic qualities.
