CASTELLUM ROUGE is a robust red wine hailing from the region of Languedoc-Roussillon in France. The nose reveals a great richness and aromatic complexity with intense aromas of ripe fruit and violet. A beautiful roundness and length in the mouth which is characterized by silky, melted tannins and spicy notes.

Ideal for pairing with red meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses, this wine can also be enjoyed on its own. For optimal flavor, serve it at a temperature of 60-65°F and, when possible, decant for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to enhance its aromatic qualities.
