CHAPELLE DU BASTION PICPOUL

CHAPELLE DU BASTION PICPOUL is a dry, crisp and fresh white wine from the Picpoul de Pinet appelation in Languedoc region in south of France. It showcases yellow peach and lemony citrus in the nose and mouth. The Picpoul grape variety is used to make light white wines and Armagnac. The grapes for this excellent Picpoul are harvested on the slopes of the Languedoc facing the Mediterranean, and the sunny climate of the region gives the grapes wonderful ripeness. This wine is unoaked to keep the wine fresh.

It pairs well with seafood dishes, light salads, fresh cheeses, and it is a great white wine for serving as a crisp, refreshing aperitif. It is best served chilled and can enhance the flavors of your meal when enjoyed in a suitable glass that allows for aeration.
