Description

PIERRE MAYEUL MEURSAULT is a white wine from the renowned Burgundy region in France, specifically the Meursault appellation. It exhibits a rich profile characterized by notes of ripe orchard fruits, subtle minerality, and hints of toasted oak. The wine is well-structured, offering a smooth finish that reflects the terroir of the area.

Pierre Mayeul is an artful association of three wine experts who are collectively passionate about Burgundy and have extensive experience with the wines of Burgundy. The partners include Ludivine Griveau, winemaker of the legendary Hospices de Beaune, who is also the Hospice’s first female winemaker in their 160 year history of winemaking. Matthieu Bouchard of the Bouchard Pere et Fils family and Frederique Hirault. The trio worked together in winemaking, viticulture and marketing previously at the Chateau de Corton. Pierre Mayeul produces wines from their own vineyards as well as vineyards that they supervise. Broadbent Selections is happy to present to you an impressive and wide collection of top quality Burgundy wine.

This wine pairs excellently with seafood, poultry, and creamy dishes. For the best experience, serve it chilled in a white wine glass, and consider decanting it for 30 minutes to enhance its aromatic qualities.
