VARVAGLIONE PRIMITIVO 12 MEZZO

VARVAGLIONE PRIMITIVO 12 MEZZO is a red wine made with organically grown grapes in Puglia, Italy. This is an intense red wine with hints of violets and fresh red fruits. On the nose, notes of currants and blackberries mingle with aromatics of nutmeg, licorice, chocolate and vanilla for beautifully elegant bouquet. The finish is long and balanced with hints of coconut and ripe fruit.

This wine pairs excellently with a variety of dishes, including grilled vegetables, pastas, fresh cheese, salumi, and charcuterie. Serve at a temperature of around 16-18°C (60-65°F) to enhance its flavor profile. Decanting for 30 minutes prior to serving can also improve its overall experience.
