CONUNDRUM WHITE 750ML is a white blend from California and presents aromas of firm apricot, mango and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine brings flavors of fresh ruby grapefruit and is balanced by exotic lushness of guava and mango. Blending wines was almost unthinkable when Conundrum White was born in 1989, launching a trend that continues to this day. Grapes for this blend come from sought-after California AVAs from Napa Valley to Santa Barbara County. While the exact blend is under wraps, every vintage includes Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Viognier. Conundrum White is amazingly versatile with refreshing stone fruit, juicy pear, a hint of citrus, and a dry finish.

Best served chilled, this white wine pairs well with grilled chicken with spicy mango salsa, sea bass, steelhead trout or Cajun shrimp. Use as a refreshing aperitif or complement to a fruit and cheese platter.
